Great food, but the kitchen's had some "notes" from the inspector. Worth it? Probably. Pack Imodium just in case.
Shaz Authentic Bangladeshi Indian Restaurant is a wild card you might want to tryβif youβre feeling lucky. Spoodertaker2_0 hit the jackpot with quick delivery and fantastic food, which is exactly what you want from a takeaway. The staff are friendly and accommodating, even swapping out ingredients to cater to allergies, so points for customer care. Rama Rahimi declares it the best Indian food heβs ever had, which is a bold claim but these guys seem to deliver on flavor.
On the flip side, the menu is hit-or-miss. Jack Pollitt wasnβt impressed with his meal, describing it as disappointingly bland. And Bon Goodwin had a culinary disaster on his hands with hard chicken and water-logged dishes, which is a hard no from us. If youβre brave enough to roll the dice, you might end up loving it, but thereβs a decent risk youβll want to run screaming.
"Couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating."
"Probably the best indian food I ever had."
"All aspects of the meal were top class!"
