The Star Tavern is your classic pub that delivers on all fronts. It’s cozy, friendly, and the food is spot on. Angus and his mate really know how to make you feel at home, even if you’re just passing through. The steak and ale pie could win awards, and the beer selection is a refreshing break from the overpriced sprouts you find elsewhere. Plus, the relaxed vibe is perfect for recharging after a day in the big city.
However, not everything is perfect. Some poor souls have had to deal with kitchen issues that could leave a bad taste. But if you get lucky, you’ll find yourself in a pub that feels like a warm hug at the end of the day. 🍻🥧
