The Salad Project has a pristine 5/5 hygiene rating, which is great because you’ll need it to stomach the service. With a solid Google score of 4.8, you might think you’re in for a treat. Spoiler alert: if you arrive close to closing time, prepare for the doors to be locked and the staff to give you the same attitude as a bouncer at a club. Ioana Stroiu wasn’t impressed with the dismissive service they encountered after arriving late.
So while you might be sold on the idea of a healthy meal, just remember that you’re not guaranteed hospitality. If you can time your visit right, this might be a decent spot for a salad. Just don’t test it too late in the day, or your green dreams might be dashed.
