π 1 UPPER ST MARTIN'S LANE, LONDON, WC2H 9NY
Tier Achieved:
Mediocre energy. You'd probably do better cooking at home.
The epitome of "does the job." Safe enough, food's fine. But let's be honest β your kitchen's probably cleaner AND tastier.
The Long Acre is a classic fuel stop thatβs clean but doesnβt exactly excite the palate. Sure, the bartender is friendly and it'll get you fed, but if you're expecting culinary fireworks, you might as well grab a cold beer elsewhere. The vegan starters are praised β apparently the sweetcorn riblets are a highlight, as well as their bottomless brunch options. But let's face it, nobody's here for the awards, just a decent meal before heading back out into the wild.
While the atmosphere is lively and the drinks are flowing, it's probably not the place to take that special someone unless you want to maintain low expectations. Itβs enjoyable, but more about the vibes than the culinary journey.
"The food came quickly and was spot on."
"The food is amazing, the staff are super friendly."
"This pub is great!"
