Clean. Reliable. Does the job.
The "lights out missionary" of food. Spotless kitchen, decent grub. Won't blow your mind, won't disappoint.
Tamarind Kitchen is a modern Indian restaurant that struts in with decent decor and a cocktail list that makes you want to raise your glass. Félix raves about how classy the place feels, and the starters, especially the crab cakes, are reportedly a hit. But don’t get your hopes too high on the lamb shank; it seems to be the odd one out in an otherwise tasty lineup.
While most diners came away happy, there are hints of inconsistency lurking in the kitchen. So, if you get lucky, you’ll enjoy a fantastic meal, but be prepared for the potential letdown of a less-than-stellar dish. It’s a roll of the dice, but when it hits, it hits well. 🥘🍹
