Subway is like that ex you can’t fully shake off; it’s got hygiene on point, but the service is horrendous. It’s hard to believe the bread is fresh when the people serving it can’t get their act together. One customer went home cookie-less, and you can bet that’s not the only horror story lurking here. The staff seem more focused on their phones than on sandwich making, and if you’re looking for a decent meal, you might want to bring your own bread.

With a hygiene rating that’s sparkling, it’s baffling how the service could be so consistently awful. If you’re in a bind and just need sustenance, it’s an option. But at the end of the day, you’ll probably leave feeling more frustrated than satisfied.
