Starbucks Coffee Company in Soho is your typical big name coffee shop, but this one has some charm. Michael loved the cozy vibe, especially in autumn with the pumpkin drinks. Dislaura's shoutout to the friendly staff makes it clear that customer service is a strong point. Yael, who practically lived there, praised the great atmosphere and facilities. But it’s not all lattes and love; MAT found his order messed up, and sithu had a bit of a horror story with the barista's hygiene. So, expect a solid coffee experience, but don’t lower your guard.
