Shake Shack is riding the wave of being the trendy fast-food spot where you can expect decent burgers wrapped in underwhelming hype. The ShackBurger and crinkle-cut fries seem to enjoy the limelight, but the service could use a serious training montage. Sofi's experience highlighted the juicy burgers, yet others found the whole operation a bit too chaotic for their liking.
You’ll get a nice view of Covent Garden while munching away, but be prepared to navigate through the crowd like you're in an obstacle course. If you're in the mood for a casual bite that might leave you feeling a bit 'meh' about the price, then sure, go ahead. Just keep your expectations in check and maybe skip the hot dog next time.
