The "lights out missionary" of food. Spotless kitchen, decent grub. Won't blow your mind, won't disappoint.
Reward Gateway/Edenred is the place where dreams of vouchers go to die. Hygiene is a sparkling 5/5, but the service? That's a different story. With a Google rating of 4.3⭐, you'd expect at least half-decent customer care. Yet, the reviews are a horror show of frustration and disappointment. It’s like they forgot what ‘service’ means and left it in a dark corner somewhere.
So, if you’re looking for a seamless experience, you might want to steer clear of this one. Sure, the automated systems work fine, but if you need help, good luck. You’d be better off sending a carrier pigeon. I wouldn’t even trust these guys to redeem a Monopoly voucher, let alone actual money. If you can avoid the headaches, do so. Your sanity will thank you.
