Tier Achieved:
For the germaphobe whose motto is 'food is fuel'.
Spotless kitchen, rubbish food. Won't get sick. Might wish you had. Emergency calories only.
Papa John’s Pizza is a classic fuel stop, where hygiene gets a gold star, but the food? Well, that’s a different story. While some diners rave about the staff being super friendly and helpful, others found their orders arriving as cold as their ex’s heart. Who needs freshness when you can have a squashed pizza that looks like it’s been through the wringer? And heaven forbid you have a problem; customer service here seems to be as useful as a chocolate teapot.
If you’re in a pinch, you can pop in for a quick slice, but good luck on the quality. With so many horror stories about incorrect orders and rude staff, you’d have to be feeling lucky to dive in. Just know that you might be better off keeping your pizza dreams alive elsewhere.
"The staff was super friendly and welcoming."
"The pizza arrived completely squashed, toppings spilled everywhere."
"The pizza was not freshly made as seen evidently in my image below."
