OSHPAZ serves up Uzbek food that even first-timers rave about. The lamb plov and classical manty are the stars of the show, with flavors that’ll make your taste buds dance. Afrin loved the tea and called it awesome, and I can’t say I disagree. It’s a friendly vibe here, with staff who seem genuinely pleased you decided to grace them with your presence.

But be prepared to wait a little; the queue is a little reminder that good things come to those who are willing to sit tight. While it’s mostly all sunshine and rainbows, there are a few who found the dishes a bit hit or miss. Still, if you’re looking to dive into authentic Uzbek cuisine, this place is a solid pick.
