Markus Coffee Co is a vague glimmer of hope in a sea of coffee chains, but it’s not quite the caffeine nirvana we’re all looking for. Sarah Sexton seemed to have a lovely experience, enjoying the relaxed vibe and that sweet cup of coffee, but she might have caught them on a good day. You’ve got to love a place that grinds beans fresh, but Roger was less than impressed, calling his coffee bitter and weak. It’s like hitting the coffee jackpot or fumbling with a sad brew.
