Lido Cafe is a prime candidate for your ‘meh’ moments. Sure, it’s got a perfect hygiene rating of 5, but it’s not winning any awards for culinary brilliance. Michal had a lovely time by the water, but let’s be real, a flat white doesn’t exactly scream excitement. The team was friendly, which is refreshing, but if you're after a culinary adventure, you might want to keep looking.
Amanda highlighted the fantastic service when they rolled in with a wheelchair, which is great, but the food seems to be in a bit of a price war with its flavor. Stuart enjoyed the serenity of the place, while others had mixed feelings about portion sizes and quality. If you’re in the area, it’s a decent stop, just don’t expect fireworks or life-changing bites.
