Itsu is your go-to spot for a quick sushi fix, but it doesn’t always hit the mark. Jonas loved the matcha and praised the friendly staff, but Joel found their noodles bland. On the flip side, Gülsen and Chelsea were delightful, making diners feel welcome. It’s a hit or miss when it comes to food quality, and Ganna had a rough experience with stale sushi that left her feeling cheated.
