Tier Achieved:
Mediocre energy. You'd probably do better cooking at home.
The epitome of "does the job." Safe enough, food's fine. But let's be honest β your kitchen's probably cleaner AND tastier.
Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant is where you go for roast duck thatβs more than just a pretty face. The duck is the star of the show, and for good reasonβcrispy skin and juicy meat make for a winning combo. Service is quick, and if you're lucky enough to be served by Ricky Tam, your dining experience just got a whole lot better. But if you're not in the mood for duck, donβt expect fireworks; the other dishes can be a bit hit or miss.
Itβs a solid fuel stop if youβre craving some late-night Chinese, but donβt pin all your hopes on the lesser-known dishes. Come for the duck, stay for the quick service, but maybe leave the rest on the menu. Just be prepared for some less-than-stellar moments along the way.
"Duck seasoned excellent, soft meat and crispy skin."
"Roast duck and roast pork belly with rice were excellent."
"Food was good. The duck was of course the highlight."
