Duke Of York Public House is your typical English pub with friendly staff that serve you drinks quicker than you can say ‘cheers.’ The atmosphere is surprisingly clean and comfortable for a central London pub, and Shahabas raved about the quick service. So, if you want to kick back and enjoy a pint after a long day, this spot does the job with a side of decent service. However, it’s not without its flaws.
While everyone else is toasting to good service, Gabe had a not-so-great experience with a bouncer that should have taken a chill pill. Overall, if you’re in for the drinks and don’t mind the occasional hiccup, this pub can provide you with a cozy escape from the bustling streets outside.
