Caffe Nero is like that old reliable friend; you know what you’re getting. Nab A. was thrilled with the Pistachio Frappe, claiming it’s delightful, while Jass V found a friendly trainee who made lovely iced drinks. Paul Gregory had a solid experience on his way to Lords, which is high praise.

But it’s not all sunshine and rainbows. Mariam found a table that could use a good scrub and the customer service a little lacking, while S Chalenj had a decidedly rude encounter that left them feeling offended. If you’re after a laid-back coffee break, this place will do, but watch out for grumpy baristas and cleanliness issues.
