Caffe Nero is the caffeine fix you need, especially if you’re near Paddington. The flat whites are smooth as silk, and the staff genuinely care—shoutout to that barista in training who’s already got their act together. But, if you’re unlucky, you might catch a dirty table or a cranky air conditioning system trying to send you out into the cold.
It’s the perfect spot for a pre-train coffee or a catch-up with a mate, but fair warning: it’s not always clean and can feel like a game of musical chairs for a seat. If you want decent coffee without the fuss, this place will hit the spot. Just don’t expect a five-star coffee shop experience.
