Benugo @ John Lewis (Roof Top) is basically where dreams go to die. Sure, it’s clean, but that’s about the only glorious thing happening here. Expect overpriced coffee that’s a bit hit-and-miss—sometimes you get a robust cup, other times, a bitter sludge straight from the coffee grave. And let's not even start on the food that looks like it’s been through a rough day.
You might snag a decent view of the city, but that won’t distract from the lack of flavor in your cinnamon bun or the indifferent service that will make you question your life choices. If you’re in desperate need of a caffeine fix while shopping, it’ll suffice. Just lower your expectations to ‘meh’ and you might get through unscathed.
