Benugo Cafe Level 2 is like that cousin you see at family reunions—clean but kind of awkward. You know it’s hygienic, but the food is about as exciting as a PowerPoint presentation. Sure, you might find a decent coffee or a slice of brownie, but don’t expect any culinary fireworks. It's more of a 'grab and go' kind of place, and the views are the only thing worth talking about.
Service can be hit or miss, depending on whether the staff are awake or just going through the motions. It's a great pit stop if you're shopping at John Lewis, but if you want a proper meal, keep looking. You’ll leave with a caffeine kick and a strong desire to never return for anything beyond a drink.
