BEIJING DUMPLING

Beijing Dumpling is the kind of place that seems to be doing its best to keep up with the dumpling craze but keeps falling just short. With hygiene at a solid 5, you’d expect a bit more, but the reviews are as quiet as a library. It’s a dumpling experience that doesn't seem to inspire much excitement. Perhaps they’re doing something right, but if they are, nobody’s shouting about it.

There seems to be a lack of enthusiasm in the air, which says a lot for a place specializing in dumplings. Can’t say it’s a disaster, but if you’re looking for fireworks in flavor, you might be better off elsewhere. Let’s just say it’s vanilla in the most literal sense.
