Good food, hygiene's had some notes. Probably fine.
The food's genuinely great and the hygiene issues are "Improvement Necessary" — not catastrophic. Worth a punt if you're not a germaphobe.
The Singing Kettle is a quaint little tearoom that’s got the charm of a classic British café but with just enough quirks to keep it interesting. Keeva Butler enjoyed a delightful cream tea here, complete with homemade scones that could probably make a biscuit cry. JLo wasn’t shy sharing that the smashed avocado was plentiful and tasty, but they were not impressed with the tiny cup of coffee that cost an arm and a leg.
While the food seems to hit the spot, there’s a hint of chaos in the air—Nicholas Brown noticed a menu mismatch that left him scratching his head. Thankfully, Joy and Sue, the lovely staff, made up for it with their delightful service. It’s a vibe, but don’t expect Michelin stars here. If you’re after a charming, if slightly chaotic, cafe experience with good food and even better company, then why not give it a whirl? 🍰☕
