THE COTTAGE RESTAURANT

The Cottage Restaurant is a mixed bag. On the one hand, you've got friendly staff and a nice garden area that's perfect for sunning yourself while you chew on some Italian classics. On the other hand, if you’re after a killer lasagne or tortellini gorgonzola, you might need to temper your expectations. Trevor found the lasagne a bit too cheesy, while others raved about their meals. The atmosphere is cozy, and it’s not too busy, so you can actually have a conversation without yelling.

If you’re just passing by, you’ll likely get a decent meal at a decent price. Craig loved the amazing flavors and the intimate vibe, but Haris had a more lukewarm experience with the basic lemon chicken. It seems like The Cottage does a lot right, but it also has some serious hits and misses. It’s a safe bet for a low-key dinner date or a group gathering, but maybe skip the cheese overload on the lasagne.
