Tier Achieved:
For the germaphobe whose motto is 'food is fuel'.
Spotless kitchen, rubbish food. Won't get sick. Might wish you had. Emergency calories only.
Costa might be a familiar name, but this branch has the charm of a cold cup of coffee. Sure, it’s clean and hygienic, but the experience is as flat as a day-old latte. The service varies from slow to disinterested, and that’s the last thing you want when you’re desperate for caffeine. Some staff are friendly enough, but then you’ve got the ones who act like you’re interrupting their day just by ordering a muffin. And if you’re looking for toast, forget it; they’re strict about their 11am cut-off.
If you need a quick pit stop, you can get a decent coffee, but don't be surprised if you leave feeling like you've just been to a mediocre family reunion. It’s not awful, but it’s not anything to write home about either.
