Belle Amie is a café where your Instagram feed goes to take a breath of fresh air. Joe Kelly is raving about the excellent service, and I can see why. They’ve got delicious food and drinks that make your taste buds sing. Elizabeth Antoniak loved her smooth coffee and homemade muffin, calling it a ‘rare combination’ of goodness.

But don’t get too carried away with the hype. Some diners, like Carrie Gow, were caught off guard by a deconstructed brunch that had them questioning their life choices. While the café is charming, it’s also not a place where you’ll find the most traditional interpretations of your favorite dishes. So, swing by for the good vibes and coffee, but don’t go in expecting to get your classic brunch fix.
