Ambala Foods Limited is a sweet tooth’s paradise—unless you encounter service that’s stickier than the sweets. Himanshu is a star, going above and beyond to help with those large orders, and the Dubai chocolate barfi gets rave reviews. Zeenat and Bhavna both walked away happy, indulging in halva that made their taste buds do the cha-cha. But then you’ve got Yass and MK Noman, who had a different experience altogether, with rude service and stale sweets that felt like a slap in the face.
So, while the sweets might be divine, tread carefully with the service. It could turn your sweet escape into a sugar crash faster than you can say ‘halva'.
