Wagamama’s been around the block, and it’s still trying to convince you it’s the coolest kid in the ramen game. The food can be hit or miss—some days you’re slurping on delicious noodles while other days you’re left questioning why you paid for a plate that looks like a garden salad. The service is a mixed bag, with stars like Mrinal shining through the chaos to save the day.
However, complaints about chewy duck and mishandled orders are enough to make you raise an eyebrow. On the bright side, Kira-Louise raved about the food and the location, so it’s not all doom and gloom. Just be prepared for an experience that might involve a bit of patience and some serious discussions about what “Asian cuisine” really means.
