Emilia's Crafted Pasta is where fresh pasta dreams come true. Pedro Palma was all about the speedy service and the delicious cacio e pepe, which is practically a love letter to Italian cuisine. B leu celebrated the generous portions and friendly staff, while Jessie Mo loved the pasta so much she went back twice in a row—now that’s commitment. The pistachio cheesecake made Emma Bownes’ lunch a hit, and while Claudia De Mutiis thought the pasta was excellent, she felt the service could be a tad slow. Just be prepared for the occasional hiccup in customer service, but the pasta is undeniably the star of the show here.
