Catalina's is a cozy Mexican spot that serves up a wave of flavor. From spicy margaritas that might just knock your socks off to nachos and tacos that are both filling and fresh, it’s a delightful culinary escape. Dani and Edvin had a ball with the food, while Sean couldn't get enough of the nachos. Although the $9 chips and guac got a bit of a roasting from Gabby, the overall vibe is warm and welcoming, making it a solid shout for Mexican cravings in Fitzrovia.
However, not all dishes are created equal—A Ferna found the tacos a tad dry and Gabby had a real bone to pick about the chip quality. But if you're after a fun meal and a cozy atmosphere, with Corona on tap, Catalina's might just be your jam. Just skip the chips if you're looking for authentic vibes. 🌮🍹
