Bagel Factory is like that friend who’s always cool but doesn’t always deliver the best party. The bagels here get a solid thumbs up, especially the spicy chicken sandwich, which you’ll definitely want to grab in the morning rush. However, the inconsistency in quality and service can be a letdown. For every rave about fresh bagels, there’s a tale of closed doors early or dodgy salmon. It’s a bit of a gamble; you’re either hitting the jackpot or walking away empty-handed.
