Great food, but the kitchen's had some "notes" from the inspector. Worth it? Probably. Pack Imodium just in case.
The Hideout is a cozy little place that’s perhaps a bit of a gamble. Gina and Chi Ming Li found it lovely and clean, with decent food and a friendly atmosphere. Joys WAT enjoyed a spicy chicken sandwich that was freshly made, but Steve's review reads like a horror story, featuring a fly in his tea cup and cold food. That's a hard pass, my friend. And Lauren echoes that sentiment with her horror of a chicken burger that had more cardboard than chicken.
So, if you’re feeling adventurous, The Hideout could surprise you in a good way. Just keep your expectations grounded and avoid the chicken burger, or you might leave with more than just disappointment.
