Good food, hygiene's had some notes. Probably fine.
The food's genuinely great and the hygiene issues are "Improvement Necessary" — not catastrophic. Worth a punt if you're not a germaphobe.
Mrs Bucketts Vintage Tearoom is a charming spot tucked away in an antiques shop, where the food is about as hit-or-miss as your grandma's old porcelain collection. While Danielle was all about the quality bacon and the attention to detail, others like Kim and Dawn had their hearts (and wallets) broken by lackluster sandwiches and dry scones. The atmosphere seems to be a delightful mix of friendly locals and vintage vibes, perfect for a relaxed afternoon tea, but don’t go expecting Michelin-star dishes.
Liz and her team might serve up a decent afternoon tea, but some dishes have folks questioning if they really got what they ordered. It’s a roll of the dice here: you might end up with a delightful experience or a plate of disappointment. But hey, at least the tea is hot and the vibes are right. ☕🎉
"Service was friendly but unintrusive."
"The cafe had very fine quality bacon."
"The most lovely and helpful staff and wonderful service."
