The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" — not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
Spice Lounge is a mixed bag—while the garlic chilli lamb and lamb madras get five-star praise, the inconsistency is a bit of a head-scratcher. Charley Johnson, who dined there, was smitten with the flavors and hospitality, particularly from the ever-gracious Hassan. However, a few regulars like Derek Evans are feeling a bit betrayed with their usual favorites not hitting the same heights.
The restaurant has a welcoming vibe and if you’re lucky enough to catch it on a good night, you might leave feeling like royalty. Just don't bank on every visit being a triumph.
