The Old Bank is a proper pub that nails the pub experience without any fluff. Daniel Bailey was all about the vibe, praising the friendly staff and the unbelievable cleanliness. If you thought London pubs were all grimy corners and sticky tables, think again. John Harvey Duke of Bermondsey loved the reasonable prices and the ample outdoor seating, while Annette Dawson just raved about the spotless toilets. You can almost eat off the floors here—though please don’t try that.
With pints at £5.20, it’s a solid choice for a pint after work with mates. If the football's on, you're looking at a great atmosphere. No drama, just good people, good beer, and a good time.
