Redemption Roasters feels like that coffee shop everyone wishes they had around the corner. It’s big, airy, and serves coffee that’s more addictive than your favorite Netflix series. The pastries are spot on too; banana bread and honey-orange cake might just make you weak in the knees. The real winner? The tuna melt, which has been hailed as out of this world.
While the atmosphere is generally warm, it’s had its ups and downs with service. Some days, you might feel like you’re in a bustling cafe, and other days, it’s like you’re trapped in a cold transaction. But hey, if you can overlook a few hiccups, the food and coffee are worth the visit every time.
