QUEEN'S COFFEE BAR

Queen's Coffee Bar is the new darling of Peckham, and for good reason. Bin Tec is gushing about the ‘lovely friendly’ atmosphere, making it sound like a warm hug wrapped in coffee. Mr Gabz Yorke hit the jackpot with his salmon and cream cheese bagel, calling it ‘cheap and amazing’. Amie Battams is all about their proper cuppa—Yorkshire tea, no less—while D is a regular who swears by the tasty, homely food.

However, not everyone is singing praises. Sam Wong thinks it’s a bit overrated, calling the food ‘average at best’. With a 5-star hygiene rating and a 4.6 Google score, it's a solid pick, but don’t expect Michelin-starred cuisine. Grab a seat outside in the summer sun, and enjoy a laid-back vibe before diving into your bagel or sandwich.
