Kappacasein Dairy is the ultimate cheese lover’s sanctuary. If you’re not salivating at the thought of their raclette, you’re not doing it right. Gino Haddad was blown away by their cheese toast, claiming it's a must when you’re wandering through Borough Market. Aisha Khalid feels like she’d be lost without their raclette, always rich and gooey, making every visit feel like a warm hug.
