Tier Achieved:
Amazing food. Hygiene score you can forgive.
The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" β not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
Hakata Ramen+Bar is a solid choice for a no-fuss dining experience in Bermondsey. The starters hit the table faster than you can say 'mango sour mocktail' β which, by the way, is worth a double order. Minn was all about that gochugaru sauce, while Tony raved about the crispy wings and dumplings that nearly had him doing a happy dance. Billyβs katsu pork sando? Apparently, itβs the best heβs ever had, and at just Β£8.50, thatβs a steal to be proud of!
But itβs not all sunshine and rainbows. Daphne and Lui found a few broth issues, hinting that the flavor could pack more of a punch. Cindy, on the other hand, clearly had a bad day, calling her ramen disappointing and the karaage chicken as hard as a rock. So, make sure you stick to the winners here and youβll be golden. For the most part, the vibe is friendly, the service is quick, and with a hygiene rating of 5, youβre in safe hands. π
