Eurest C/o Royal Mail is basically the Bermuda Triangle of parcel pickups. Tom had a long wait and got his packages back, but it’s not exactly a thrilling experience. It seems the staff are friendly, but the place is under-resourced, leading to chaos and frustration. With a 2.4-star rating, it’s clear that many are less than pleased with how their deliveries are handled. James and Lucy are not happy campers, sharing horror stories of disappearing parcels and failed deliveries.
While some folks manage to navigate the long lines and inefficient service, the overall vibe is like trying to book a flight with a long-lost airline. Unless you enjoy the thrill of a game of parcel roulette, maybe keep your deliveries elsewhere.
