Tier Achieved:
Clean. Reliable. Does the job.
The "lights out missionary" of food. Spotless kitchen, decent grub. Won't blow your mind, won't disappoint.
Costa in Emersons Green is your average chain café with a sprinkling of dog-friendly vibes and staff that seem to work hard. Rach G loves her soya hot chocolate, while Lisa Crotty had a dairy allergy miracle happen thanks to Nicole and the team. But let’s be real—this place is a bit vanilla. D Jones loved the service, but Helen Magee found the music too loud to have a conversation. It’s the kind of place where you can get a decent drink but without the excitement.
However, if you’re looking for a quick caffeine fix in a chain café, it’s reliable. Just steer clear of the chaos during busy hours—Ace One had a rough time waiting for what turned out to be a glorified milkshake, and a bee wasn’t impressed with the hygiene standards. So, if you’re in the area and need a coffee, it’ll do, but don’t expect to be wowed. ☕️
"Love it here, even more so now the dogs are welcome!"
"I received 10/10 service from the staff at this branch."
"Emily on the tills today... was super polite and had that warm, welcoming energy."
