Lulu's is the kind of tapas joint that’ll make you reconsider all those boring sit-down dinners. Karl and his crew were welcomed like rock stars, with Chloe serving up a storm and explaining all the goings-on with the menu. The £25 all-you-can-eat tapas deal has friends like Sam ordering to their heart’s content, while Lindsay thinks the staff juggled the packed place with grace. John Roberts was ready to declare the lamb the best he'd had in years, which is a bold claim coming from someone with dining experience around the globe.
But just because you’re at a tapas place doesn’t mean it comes without quirks. Alex Rees pointed out some hiccups in the drink service, but hey, the food seems to make up for it. With a fantastic atmosphere and dishes that go beyond your average tapas fare, Lulu's is one to bookmark for a fun night out with friends.
