Great food, but the kitchen's had some "notes" from the inspector. Worth it? Probably. Pack Imodium just in case.
Junior Poon Restaurant & Wine Bar is where loyal patrons turn for a good time and even better food. Lizzie has been coming here for a decade, and it's obvious why; the atmosphere is perfect for date night or nights out with pals. The staff, like Liam, are on their game, making sure you feel right at home while chowing down.
The food gets mixed reviews; while some love the sophisticated spin on Chinese flavors, others found dishes lacking a bit of punch. Just be prepared for a slight gamble on the menu. If you’re after a place that’s got a good vibe and decent flavors, take the plunge and see for yourself.
