The epitome of "does the job." Safe enough, food's fine. But let's be honest — your kitchen's probably cleaner AND tastier.
Golden Grill is the quintessential 'fill your belly' spot, perfect when you're in desperate need of some greasy comfort food. While Ben and saamvi mathur sing praises for the generous portions and friendly service, others have had a less-than-glorious experience. The food can be hit or miss; if you’re lucky you’ll get a hearty kebab, if not, you might end up with a sad, burnt chicken döner.
Leigh Davies and Phillip Leonard clearly didn’t get the memo about portion sizes, harshly critiquing the food as bland and underwhelming. Great for a quick bite, but let’s just say it’s no Michelin star. If you’re after a cheap meal on the go, this place can do the job, just don’t set your standards too high.
