The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" — not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
Mother Meldrums is like that friend who has a nice garden but serves you average coffee. The homemade fruit pies might just save the day, but the anaemic scones are definitely a low point. Julie Manning had a lovely time enjoying ice cream and drinks in the beautiful garden, but Karen Rowlett was left disappointed with her scone situation.
The location is stunning, so you’ll get good views, but the service and some of the food leave a lot to be desired, and it kinda makes you wonder if you should just make the trek to the next spot instead.
