Lyndale Tea Rooms is your average tearoom with some shining moments. Robyn hit the nail on the head with their breakfast being heavenly, and David Wright's Choca Mocha blend is apparently a hit too. The warm ambiance makes it feel like a cozy pitstop after a long hike. You’ll find warm scones with jam and cream, which are always a solid choice.

But hold on, not everyone’s raving. Sara Houchen felt cheated by a tuna mayo toastie that barely had any filling. That’s a hard pass from me. And Michael Jones found the food quite oily with a staff that seemed to lack enthusiasm. It’s a local spot with potential, but if they can’t get it together, the charm might wear thin.
