The staff, like Karen and Karl, bring the spark here, especially during Bingo Beats, but the accommodations leave a lot to be desired. Expect a mixed bag of experiences: some rave about the views and friendliness, while others bemoan the outdated decor and maintenance issues. Just remember, if you’re really desperate for a scone, the tea is solid, but don’t hold your breath for a five-star experience.
