YO! Sushi is like the fast food of sushi but with a conveyor belt twist. You can grab whatever looks remotely edible as it whizzes past, which is kind of fun if you’re feeling adventurous. Samiul loved the fresh flavors, but let’s be real, the selection is so limited that you might start crying for ramen that they don’t even serve. Valerie had a great time with her granddaughter, but Christine found the chicken katsu sushi sando smaller than her hopes.
If you’re in the mood for a sushi experience that’s more about the novelty than the quality, YO! Sushi is your spot. Just don’t expect to leave feeling like you’ve had an authentic sushi experience—it's all about the convenience here. You might just end up with warm sushi and a side of disappointment, but hey, at least you were entertained.
