Subway Westfield is your go-to for a quick bite, but it’s a bit of a mixed bag. Vivek had an amazing sandwich experience thanks to Dixi, who worked her magic with fresh ingredients. But then you’ve got the horror stories from Shanelle and Gaurav, who faced rude staff and questionable hygiene practices. It seems the consistency in customer service is as unpredictable as the British weather.
If you’re in a rush and just need something to fill the gap, you might be okay here. But keep your eyes peeled for the staff attitude because it could either make or break your meal. If you’re lucky enough to get a good team on duty, your meal might just be fantastic, and if not? Well, good luck with that.
