The epitome of "does the job." Safe enough, food's fine. But let's be honest — your kitchen's probably cleaner AND tastier.
Costa Outlet is that reliable chain coffee shop we all know and, well, tolerate. With a hygiene score of 5, you can actually grab a coffee without your stomach doing the tango. Irene Koning is here for the large cappuccino, and Kali Ahmed rates the seasonal toffee latte as pure gold. But the service can be hit or miss. Scott Payne enjoyed his coffee but felt like he was talking to a brick wall at the counter.
On the flip side, Samiha Regragui had a total nightmare with rude staff and dirty tables. Demetrius Vissarion's experience was marred by a simple order mix-up that turned into a saga. You may just want to grab your drink and run.
