Spotless kitchen, rubbish food. Won't get sick. Might wish you had. Emergency calories only.
Costa Coffee (West) is another spot where hygiene is on point, but that’s about the only thing working in its favor. With the same dismal 2.8-star rating, you might think twice before grabbing a quick breakfast here. Sure, the staff are great, and some folks claim the iced coffee is 'amazing', but that’s about as far as the compliments go. Just ask Geoff Battle, who received a lukewarm breakfast wrap that had the texture of a soggy mess.
With so many complaints about slow service, you'd think they were serving the coffee one bean at a time. So, if you find yourself in Excel and need a caffeine boost, pop in, but don’t expect much beyond that. It’s a fuel stop, not a culinary destination. 🚫
